In Vivo Use
5-bromo-2'deoxyuridine
- 5-bromo-2'deoxyuridine (MW 307, BudR)
- Given at anything from 10µM in vitro to 0.1g.kg in vivo (300µM!); is light sensitive so need to be careful with drug and especially with sections. Might make usual injection of 1/100th animal mass of 5mM solution; should be stable if dark and frozen. (IudR will also dissolve at 5mM- MW 354; is less light sensitive).
